Terms of service.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received and an initial phone consultation has taken place to confirm event details.

  • For private clients (B2C), the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event date.

  • For business clients (B2B), full payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All B2B bookings still require confirmation and deposit to reserve the date.

  • Bookings made within 7 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Failure to make payment by the agreed due date may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Cancellations made:

    • More than 14 days before the event: deposit retained, no further fees payable.

    • Within 14 days: full balance is payable.

  • In the event of cancellation by Taylor’d Moments due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date offered if agreed by both parties.

3. Service & Setup

  • The selfie pod requires a minimum space of 2m x 2m with access to a standard 240V plug socket.

  • Access to the venue should be available at least 45 minutes before the event start time.

  • Any delays in setup due to lack of access or venue issues may reduce active hire time.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the venue has adequate space and accessibility for setup.

4. Travel & Access

  • Travel is included within a 20-mile radius of B97 (Redditch). Additional travel beyond this will be charged at £0.50 per mile each way.

  • Any parking costs must be covered by the client.

  • For venues with difficult access (stairs, long distances, limited unloading zones), please inform us in advance.

5. Hire Duration & Add-ons

  • Hire duration begins at the agreed time, regardless of guest arrival.

  • Standard packages include 2, 3, 4-hour, or all-day hire options.

  • Additional time can be added for an extra fee if requested prior to the event.

  • Attendant support is available as an optional add-on. Otherwise, pods are self-service with full instructions provided.

6. Props, Backdrops & Prints

  • Props are included depending on the selected package and may vary.

  • Custom props or backdrops can be arranged at an additional charge (if available).

  • For print packages, the number and format of prints are clearly outlined at time of booking.

  • Digital-only packages include a full gallery of images shared after the event.

7. Guest Conduct & Liability

  • The client is responsible for ensuring guests use the equipment safely and respectfully.

  • Any damages caused by guests (accidental or intentional) will be the financial responsibility of the client.

  • Taylor’d Moments reserves the right to stop the service if guests are behaving in a threatening, unsafe, or damaging way.

8. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, fire, flooding, venue failure, power outages, or illness.

9. Insurance

  • Taylor’d Moments holds Public Liability Insurance and all electrical equipment is PAT tested.

10. Media & Privacy

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Taylor’d Moments may use event photos for marketing purposes including on our website and social media channels.

  • If you or your guests do not wish for images to be shared, please notify us in advance in writing.

By confirming your booking with Taylor’d Moments, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A copy of these will be provided during your booking process.
